The US Department of Agriculture (USDA) recommends cooking a bone-in turkey breast for 11 to 15 minutes per pound at a medium power level when using a microwave. A 2.14 pound breast should be cooked between 24 and 32 minutes.

When using an oven to roast a turkey, the USDA suggests cooking a fresh or thawed 2 to 3 pound bone-in turkey breast at 325 degrees F for 50 to 60 minutes.
