Angels are often used as Christmas decorations or given as religious gifts. You can find several different angel ornaments and knick knacks at department and card stores. You also can make several different angel crafts if you want to give a homemade angel gift. One such craft is a beaded safety pin angel that can be used as an ornament, a figurine to sit on a tabletop or can be attached to a blank pin that can be worn on a lapel.
Step 1
Open your 12 safety pins and place four 4mm white beads on each, closing them once the beads are on.

Step 2
Cut 14cm of wire and thread the heads of the safety pins and the 6mm white beads on the wire, alternating the two as you go. Position the beads and safety pins in the center of the strip of wire and twist the two ends of the wire together to form a circle. Snip the excess wire.
Step 3
Thread another 14cm strip of wire through the other end of the safety pins. Again, position the safety pins in the center of the strip of wire and twist the two ends to form a circle.
Step 4
Thread both ends of the wire through the 8mm bead and pull the ends in opposite directions to temporarily secure the bead.
Step 5
Cut a 40cm length of wire and string 12 gold 3mm beads on the wire. Position the beads in the center of the wire and twist the two ends of the wire together twice to form a circle. Thread both ends of the wire through the bead cap and the 12mm white bead.
Step 6
Thread 12 gold 3mm beads onto each end of the wire that you brought through the body bead from the skirt. Bring the wire back around to form a loop and twist the wire onto itself to secure it.
Step 7
Thread the wire from the head bead through the body bead, pulling each end out to the front of your angel, just above the skirt. Thread three 4mm white beads and three 3mm gold beads onto each end of the wire. Loop the wire back around and thread it back through the 4mm beads. Twist the wire with itself to secure it.
