Things You'll Need
1 10 oz. bag white chocolate chips
1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup prepared eggnog (store-bought or homemade)
3 Tbsp. butter
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1. Combine the ingredients
Add the egg nog, sweetened condensed milk, butter, vanilla, and nutmeg to a pot.
2. Boil the ingredients
Over high heat, stir the mixture until the butter has melted and the mixture starts to boil. Once it starts to boil, set a timer for 2 minutes. When 2 minutes are up, remove from the heat.
3. Add the white chocolate
Stir in the white chocolate until melted and well combined.
4. Pour and set the fudge
Line an 8 x 8-inch pan with parchment paper. (This is very important — it's the only way you'll be able to get the fudge out of the pan.) Pour the mixture into the pan in an even layer. Allow it to set until hardened, about 1 hour.
Cut the white chocolate eggnog fudge into squares and enjoy!
