Easy Pizza Dough Dinner Rolls Recipe

  • 1 lb pre-made pizza dough

  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted

  • 1 teaspoon flakey sea salt

Step 1

Cut the dough into 12 equal-sized pieces. Start with cutting the dough into 3 equal-sized pieces.

Cut those in half and now you have 6 equal-sized pieces.

Step 2

Roll the pieces into balls and evenly space them out on a baking dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray.

Step 3

Cover loosely with a clean kitchen towel or plastic wrap and allow to rise until doubled in size. Depending on how cold your dough (and your kitchen) is, this could take up to 3 hours.

Step 4

Preheat the oven to 400°F.

Brush the balls with melted butter, then sprinkle with sea salt.

Bake at 400°F for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
