These Halloween cookies, which we've dubbed "Monster Mash" cookies, couldn't be any easier. They're super soft, cakey and absolutely full to the brim with rich chocolate flavor. Best of all, they're topped with bone and eyeball sprinkles—just creepy enough for Halloween without being too gory to devour. What's not to love?
Our cookie recipe doesn't include any mix-ins, but feel free to stir in 1/2 cup of anything you'd like: semisweet chocolate chips, dark chocolate chunks, M&M's, candy corn or a few crumbled-up selections from your Halloween candy stash.
