Cards and candy go hand in hand—but why settle for a generic store-bought product? With this easy project, you can create a DIY lollipop butterfly card that's totally charming. What's more, it doesn't call for fancy supplies or skills, so kids can make it too.

Things You'll Need
Card stock
Pencil
Scissors
Markers
Lollipops
Tape (optional)
1. Cut paper
Fold a square or rectangular piece of card stock in half.
Along the fold, draw the top half of a heart.
Cut along pencil line, going through both layers of card stock.
Refold the card stock and cut two horizontal slits along the fold, making sure to go through both layers of paper.
2. Decorate card
Unfold the butterfly shape, then decorate with markers. Feel free to doodle shapes or write a message!
Tip
You can also add stickers or use paint, crayons or colored pencils.
3. Add lollipop
Slide the stick of a lollipop through the slits.
If you'd like, secure the lollipop by adding a strip of tape on the back.
Tip
You can erase the pencil marks at this point.
