- Fruit knife and cutting board

- Piping bag and open-star piping tip or spoon
Ingredients You’ll Need:
- 1 lb. fresh strawberries, washed and dried
- 8 oz. cream cheese, room temperature (should be soft)
- 4 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. pure vanilla extract
- 2 Tbsp. graham cracker crumbs (optional)
- 2 Tbsp. sprinkles (optional)
1. Cut the strawberries
Cut off the strawberry leaves and poke a small hole in the center. Set them aside as you make the filling.
2. Mix the filling
In a mixing bowl, mix together the cream cheese, brown sugar, and pure vanilla extract until softened.
3. Fill the piping bag
If you are using a piping bag, fill it with an open-star piping tip. Then, fill it with the no-bake cheesecake filling.
4. Fill the strawberries
Pipe or spoon the filling into the strawberries.
