These fun and vibrant smoothies are not only delicious but also a great way for your kids to enjoy a variety of fruit. They're a tasty and healthy snack or meal for anytime of the day. Any maybe best of all, kids can make them on their own!

Blueberry Basil Smoothie
Things You'll Need
2 cups frozen blueberries
1/4 cup basil
2 pitted dates
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup plain yogurt and 1 Tbsp. for glass presentation
Mango Coconut Smoothie
Things You'll Need
2 cups frozen mango
1 cup coconut water
1/4 cup unsweetened coconut shreds
1/2 cup plain yogurt
Strawberry Banana Mint Smoothie
Things You'll Need
2 cups frozen strawberries
1/2 banana
1/4 cup mint
2 dates
1/2 cup plain yogurt and 1 Tbsp. for glass presentation
1/2 cup orange juice
1. Blend the ingredients
For each smoothie, add all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
2. Prepare the glasses
One optional step for presentation is to dip the back of a spoon in yogurt and smear it inside your glass.
3. Pour the smoothie
Pour the blended smoothie into glasses and enjoy!
