Pinch of salt
3 Tbsp. chopped dill
1 clove garlic, grated
4–6 radishes, thinly sliced
4 slices soft bread

Add the butter, pinch of salt, grated garlic, and chopped dill to a small bowl and mix until combined.

Roasted Red Peppers With Basil Goat Cheese Tea Sandwiches
Things You'll Need
8 oz. goat cheese
4 basil leaves, chopped
1 garlic clove, grated
Pinch of salt
4 slices soft bread
2 Tbsp. butter
10 oz. roasted red peppers
1. Make the basil goat cheese spread
Add the goat cheese, chopped basil, grated garlic clove, and pinch of salt to a small bowl and mix until combined.
2. Assemble the sandwiches
Spread a layer of butter on both slices. Next, spread a layer of the goat cheese and then add the roasted red peppers. Place the second slice of bread on top, toppings side down, to make a sandwich. Slice off the crust and slice through the middle to make sandwich triangles.
Tip
Adding a layer of butter before the toppings will prevent the bread from becoming soggy.
BLT Tea Sandwiches
Things You'll Need
6 slices bacon
2 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. mustard and/or mayo
1 tomato, sliced with seeds removed
4 romaine lettuce leaves
1. Prepare the bacon
Place the bacon strips in a single layer in a cold pan and let them cook over medium heat. Use tongs to flip the bacon strips occasionally so that they cook evenly on both sides. Once ready, put them aside on a plate lined with paper towels to absorb the excess oil.
2. Assemble the sandwiches
Spread a layer of butter on both slices and then add a layer of mayo and/or mustard. Add the lettuce, tomato, and bacon strips. Place the second slice of bread on top, toppings side down, to make a sandwich. Slice off the crust and slice through the middle to make sandwich triangles.
