Things You'll Need
2 cups watermelon cubes
Juice of 2 limes
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 Tbsp. mint
1/2 cup coconut water

1. Prepare the watermelon
Cut your watermelon into cubes and place in the freezer, about 2 to 4 hours. If you're pressed for time and can't wait for the watermelon to freeze, you can use 1 cup of ice instead to get the slushie texture.

2. Add ingredients to the blender
Add the frozen watermelon to the blender, along with the lime juice, maple syrup, mint, and coconut water, and blend until smooth.

3. Pour and enjoy!
Transfer to your glasses, garnish with watermelon and a slice of lime, and enjoy!
