Pepperoni Cheese Roll-Ups Bento Box

Things You'll Need

  • Pepperoni slices

  • Mozzarella cheese stick

  • Flour tortilla

Start by laying a tortilla flat and then add a layer of pepperoni slices. The bigger pepperoni slices work best for these roll-ups. Next, place a mozzarella cheese stick in the middle and roll it up. Serve it with pizza sauce, blueberries, mandarin orange slices, sliced cucumbers, and yogurt-covered pretzels.

Fun-Shaped Finger Sandwiches Bento Box

Things You'll Need

  • 2 slices of bread

  • Sliced turkey (or lunch meat of your choice)

  • Slice of cheese

  • Mini cookie cutters in fun shapes

Make a sandwich as you normally would, then gently press the sandwich with the palm of your hand, flattening it out a bit. Use mini cookie cutters to cut the sandwiches into fun, bite-size shapes. Serve them with cream cheese, celery sticks, sliced kiwi and strawberries, and mini graham cracker bunnies.

Cheese Quesadilla Bento Box

Things You'll Need

  • Street taco-size flour or corn tortillas

  • Shredded cheese

Place shredded cheese between two tortillas and lightly toast it in a skillet on both sides. Cut it diagonally into four pieces. Serve it with salsa or guacamole, sliced sweet peppers, grapes, and tortilla chips.

Turkey and Cream Cheese Taco Bento Box

Things You'll Need

  • Street taco-size flour tortillas

  • Sliced deli turkey or ham

  • Cream cheese (plain or garden herb flavor)

Spread a layer of cream cheese on the inside of the tortilla. Add sliced deli meat to one side and then fold it together like a taco. The cream cheese will help hold the taco together. Serve it with ranch dressing, mandarin orange slices, grapes, pretzels, and celery sticks.
