  • 1/3 cup chocolate chips

  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallows

  • 4 graham cracker sheets

Instead of chocolate chips, you can chop a chocolate bar into small pieces.

1. Melt the chocolate

Place the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe ramekin.

Heat for 60 to 90 seconds or until the chocolate begins to melt. You might need more or less time depending on your microwave.

Use caution when removing the ramekin from the microwave. It will be very hot!

2. Add the marshmallows

Top the chocolate with mini marshmallows. Spread them into an even layer.

Tip

Jumbo marshmallows can also be used. You'll likely need two or three marshmallows depending on the size of your ramekin. Be sure to tear them in half widthwise so they fit in the dish.

Microwave for 10 to 15 seconds or until the marshmallows puff up. Keep a close watch, as this will happen very quickly.

3. Serve with graham crackers
