Quick Recipe Overview
SERVINGS: 1 mini s'mores dip
PREP TIME: 3 minutes
COOK TIME: 2 minutes
TOTAL TIME: 5 minutes
Things You'll Need
1/3 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup mini marshmallows
4 graham cracker sheets
Tip
Instead of chocolate chips, you can chop a chocolate bar into small pieces.
1. Melt the chocolate
Place the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe ramekin.
Heat for 60 to 90 seconds or until the chocolate begins to melt. You might need more or less time depending on your microwave.
Tip
Use caution when removing the ramekin from the microwave. It will be very hot!
2. Add the marshmallows
Top the chocolate with mini marshmallows. Spread them into an even layer.
Tip
Jumbo marshmallows can also be used. You'll likely need two or three marshmallows depending on the size of your ramekin. Be sure to tear them in half widthwise so they fit in the dish.
Microwave for 10 to 15 seconds or until the marshmallows puff up. Keep a close watch, as this will happen very quickly.
3. Serve with graham crackers
Enjoy your single-serving s'mores dip with graham crackers. Alternatively, for a delicious twist, top the dip with broken graham crackers and serve it with pretzels or your favorite cookies.
Tip
For extra flavor and fun, top the s'mores dip with rainbow sprinkles or mini chocolate chips. Other tasty options include a drizzle of nut butter, chocolate sauce, or caramel sauce.
Happy "baking" for one!
