- 1–2 apples
- 1 Tbsp. cinnamon powder
- 3 Tbsp. granulated sugar
- 1–2 sheets premade pie crust
- Melted butter
1. Peel the apples
You can peel the apples if you prefer, but leaving the skins on is OK.

2. Slice the apples
Slice the apples into circles.
3. Cut out the apple center
Use a circular cookie cutter or large, round piping tip to cut out the center of the apple slices.
4. Make the cinnamon sugar
In a small mixing bowl, mix together the cinnamon powder and sugar.
5. Dip the apple slices
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Coat each side of the apple slices with the cinnamon sugar mix. Set the slices aside on a plate.
6. Cut out the pie crust
Cut thin strips of the premade pie crust.
7. Wrap the apple slices
Wrap each apple slice with a strip of the pie crust, wrapping all around until mostly covered. Bake at 375°F for about 20–25 minutes or until the pie crust dough is baked through. Let them cool completely.
8. Brush with butter
Brush melted butter onto the cooled apple pie pastries and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Enjoy!
