The first time I had cannoli dip was a few years ago when a friend brought a store-bought version to a Friendsgiving dinner. It was devoured within minutes!

Cannoli dip is the perfect sweet dip: luxuriously creamy and not too sweet, and it works with so many dipping options — chocolate chip cookies, pretzels, strawberries, bananas, cannoli shells, mini waffles, you name it. After having my first taste of it that night, I began perfecting my own recipe at home.
