Things You'll Need
Tinfoil
Soft tortillas
Burrito filling
Condiments
No matter how large the burrito, you can implement basic folding techniques to keep the filling in place while eating. Monster burritos are made on a large tortilla or multiple tortillas that overlap to create a burrito log. Monster burritos generally feed more than one person and can be sliced into portions to feed party guests. Fold a monster burrito tightly with your hands, to create the typical burrito shape.
Step 1
Cut a piece of tinfoil that is about 2 inches bigger than the length and width of the monster burrito you plan to make. Lay the soft tortilla on the tin foil. Overlap multiple tortillas, if making a monster burrito log.

Step 2
Place the burrito filling lengthwise down the middle of the tortilla or tortillas, layering filling and condiments.
Step 3
Fold one side of the monster burrito tortilla lengthwise over the filling. If needed, ask fellow chefs to stand at different sections of the monster burrito log and help you fold it. Pull the filling toward you with the edge of the tortilla side to tighten the fold.
Step 4
Hold the long side in place with one hand while pulling the bottom short side of the tortilla upward, folding it over the end of the long side, to create a pocket.
Step 5
Fold and wrap the remaining long side of the monster burrito tortilla lengthwise, over the bottom fold and side fold.
Step 6
Fold the top, and turn the burrito over on the fold side. Roll the monster burrito tightly in the tin foil, to prevent it from unfolding and to keep it warm.
