Things You'll Need
1 large head of cauliflower
1/4 cup buffalo sauce
1 and 1/2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized pieces, and set aside. In a small bowl combine the buffalo sauce, honey, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Whisk well to combine.
Step 2
Transfer the cauliflower bites to a large bowl. Pour the buffalo sauce over the cauliflower and mix well, making sure the cauliflower is well coated in the sauce.
Step 3
Spread the cauliflower onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes, stirring once at the half way point. Then, increase the oven to the broiler setting and bake for another 5 to 6 minutes, or until dark brown at the edges. Serve at once.
