Things You'll Need
2 pounds beef tenderloin
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 cup hoisin sauce

Step 1: Season the Beef
Preheat the oven 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Sprinkle on all sides with salt and pepper.

Step 2: Brush liberally with the hoisin sauce

Roast for 35 to 40 minutes or until the internal temperate reaches 130 degrees Fahrenheit.
