Things You'll Need

  • 3 to 4 pound beef chuck roast

  • 1/2 cup of pepperoncini juice

  • 1/2 cup of beef broth

  • 1 package of au jus gravy mix

  • 1 package of dry ranch dressing mix

  • 6 to 10 pepperoncinis

  • 1/2 stick of butter

  • Instant Pot or other electronic pressure cooker

Step 1: Add pepperonicini juice and beef broth to the Instant Pot

Step 2: Place the beef chuck roast in the pot.

Step 3: Add au jus gravy and ranch seasoning.

Step 4: Top with pepperoncinis and butter, then close lid.

Step 5: Set pot to manual for 90 minutes.

Once the cooking is finished, move the vent on the back to quick release until all of the steam has escaped.
