The plastic windows of a golf cart are designed to protect you from debris and flying golf balls while also keeping dirt and rain from entering the golf cart. Cleaning the plastic windows and enclosures is an easy process. There are several retail cleaning products that will effectively clean, but these are expensive--and a waste of money along with the time it takes to purchase a retail product at the store. Instead, make a simple homemade solution using common household ingredients.
Step 1
Spray the golf cart with a garden hose. This will remove any loose dirt or debris, making the cleaning process easier.

Pour three cups of warm water into a spray bottle.
Step 3
Add in four spoonfuls of liquid dish detergent or car wash soap.
Step 4
Twist the lid onto the spray bottle and shake lightly to dissolve the soap and form suds.
Step 5
Spray the solution onto the windows and enclosures.
Step 6
Use a dry cleaning rag to wipe the surfaces clean.
Step 7
Repeat as needed until windows and enclosures have been cleaned to your satisfaction.
