Horseshoe nail crosses are meant to symbolize the nails that were hammered into the cross, and are becoming a popular adornment for Christians. One way to make the horseshoe nail cross more elegant is to wrap the nails with a precious metal wire, such as sterling silver. This will make the cross more classy, and will enable it to match other sterling silver jewelry that you may have.
