Step 1
Place the desired amount of pretzels into a gallon sized zipper bag.

Remove as much air as possible from the bag.

Seal the zipper firmly.

Place the bag on a solid surface and beat with a rolling pin.
Step 5
Pulverize the pretzels by rolling the pin back and forth until you have reached the desired level of crumbliness. Use the pretzel powder as desired.
Tip
Pulverize pretzels in a blender or food processor if you don't have a zipper bag and rolling pin. Simply use the pulse option of the blender or food processor and assemble either one according to the manufacturer's instructions.
