To celebrate the return of the sweet treats, we've created three pudding cup recipes made with Girl Scout cookie crusts. They offer fun new ways to enjoy the cookies, making them perfect for parties and potlucks alike.

The pudding cups feature the three most popular cookies: Thin Mints with vanilla pudding, Do-si-dos with chocolate pudding and Samoas (aka Caramel DeLites) with coconut cream pudding. Each one is also topped with a generous dollop of whipped cream and complementary ingredients, like mini chocolate chips. So good!

Thin Mint & Vanilla Pudding Cup
Things You'll Need
5 Thin Mints cookies, plus more for garnish
2 cups vanilla pudding
Mini chocolate chips
Whipped cream
Fresh mint (optional)
1. Make Thin Mints crust
Break apart the Thin Mints into small bite-sized pieces.
Add the broken Thin Mints to a clear cup.
Mix the leftover crumbs with vanilla pudding. You can add more crushed cookies if needed.
Tip
For a stronger mint flavor, add a few drops of mint extract to the pudding mixture.
3. Layer pudding cup
Scoop the vanilla pudding into the cup. Top with whipped cream, mini chocolate chips, Thin Mints crumbs and fresh mint, if you like.
Do-si-dos & Chocolate Pudding Cup
Things You'll Need
5 Do-si-dos cookies, plus more for garnish
2 cups chocolate pudding
Peanut butter baking chips
Chocolate shavings
Whipped cream
Break the Do-si-dos into small pieces. You can use the bottom of a jar or cup to crush them into smaller pieces, if desired.
Add the broken Do-si-dos to a clear cup.
Tip
For nutty goodness, add dollops of peanut butter on top of the cookies.
2. Layer pudding cup
Scoop the chocolate pudding into the cup. Top with whipped cream, peanut butter baking chips, and chocolate shavings.
Samoas & Coconut Cream Pudding Cup
Things You'll Need
5 Samoas cookies, plus more for garnish
2 cups coconut cream pudding
Coconut flakes
Mini chocolate chips
Whipped cream
Roughly chop the Samoas cookies into small pieces.
Add to a clear cup.
2. Layer pudding cup
Top with coconut cream pudding, mini chocolate chips, and coconut flakes. You can also use shredded coconut.
