Things You'll Need
10 oz. box chopped, frozen spinach, thawed, (1)
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
10 oz. jar roasted garlic Alfredo sauce, (1)
14 oz. can artichoke hearts, quartered, (1)
1 cup shredded parmesan-Romano cheese blend
2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
2 teaspoons garlic salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
Sliced baguette for serving

Step 1
Squeeze all of the water out of the spinach.

Step 2
Stir together the spinach with all remaining ingredients, reserving 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese for the topping.

Step 3
Add to an 8 x 8 baking dish, top with remaining cheese.

Step 4
Bake at 375 F for 20 minutes or until the top is bubbly and just starting to turn golden brown in spots. Serve warm with bread or chips.
