Things You'll Need
Paint stripper
Cleaning gloves
Scrubbing brush
Spray bottle
If there is a cinder block wall construction around your home you may, unfortunately, wake up to find graffiti sprayed on the wall. Depending on where you live, city ordinances will state the specific time period you have to remove the graffiti. Although soap and water will not generally remove the spray paint, there are some stronger products you can use to remove the paint form your cinder blocks.

Step 2
Pour paint stripper into a plastic spray bottle. Spray the graffiti on the cinder blocks and thoroughly coat the spray paint. Allow the liquid to sit for 3 to 5 minutes.
Step 3
Scrub the paint with a heavy duty bristle scrubbing brush. Apply ample pressure to the brush when working off the paint.
Step 4
Wash the cinder block with soap and water to remove any excess paint. Continue to use the bristle brush on the cinder blocks while using the soap and water.
Step 5
Rinse the cinder block with water. Apply several coats of the paint stripper onto the spray paint and work it in before all of the paint is removed.
